In Tier One, a uniform is not just about appearance — it’s about "survival", performance, and professionalism. The right choices in how you dress and set up your gear can be the difference between efficiency and failure in the field.

Follow these guidelines to operate smarter, last longer, and look the part of a true operator.

Comfort & Mobility

• Choose function over fashion. Gear should be comfortable and reliable — not just a certain price tag or flashy brand. Poorly fitting kit will fail you when it matters.

• Boots are mission-critical. The wrong footwear leads to blisters, fatigue, and lost endurance.

• No cotton. Try to avoid 100% Cotton traps sweat, gets heavy, and makes you cold. Stick with moisture-wicking base layers to stay dry and focused.

Camouflage & Discipline

• Blend, don’t stand out. Multicam and earth tones are your allies. Avoid bright, mismatched, or “loud” gear.

• PMC setup discipline. Skip collars or distinctive shapes that give away your silhouette in the field.

• Maintain your kit. Clean, serviceable uniforms last longer and project professionalism.
