2- Gear Discipline 101: Respect your gear.

Updated: Oct 27

Your Kit = Your Responsibility

Operators don’t blame gear. If your replica jams, if your mag falls, if your battery dies — it’s on you. Discipline with kit separates recruits from operators.

1. Keep It Clean

  • Wipe your replica after each use. Watch here

  • Keep mags free of dirt.

  • Check optics, batteries, and lenses before stepping on the field.

Why it matters: Dirty gear fails when you need it most.

2. Pack Smart

  • Secure loose straps, you do not want to lose anything.

  • Keep mags, grenades, and tools where you can reach them without looking.

  • No rattling, no dangling, no wasted space, carry what is fundamental and important.

  • Make sure you are bring tool kit, spare parts, spare batery and the proper BB's for the mission.

Why it matters: Noise gives away your position. Poor loadout slows you down.

3. Check Twice

  • Pre-mission gear check. It's normal to check 2,3,4 times the gear before the mission.

  • Pre-entry gear check.

  • Confirm: mags loaded, comms working, safety off only when cleared.

Why it matters: Forgetting one detail costs the whole unit time.

Final Word

Respect your kit the same way you respect your weapon. Gear discipline shows the team you are reliable. Without it, you’re just baggage.
